SPEAKERS:

Dr. Maurice L. Albertson: Dr. Albertson is an emeritus professor at Colorado State University.(CSU)  He has served CSU as director of the Research Foundation, as director of International Programs and as a professor of civil engineering. His professional fields include environmental engineering,  water resources engineering, irrigation engineering and international developement   specializing in sustainable village-based development. Dr. Albertson is well known for his key role in the formation of the Peace Corps. albertson.jpg (1454 bytes)

Julie Burton: Julie is a Certified Associate Christian Eductor and serves as the Director of Congregational Resources for Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery.   She has been moderator of their partnership committee and is currently staff liason to that committee.

Frank Dimmock: Frank has been the Health Coordinator for the CCAP and the Southern Africa Regional Health Consultant for the PCUSA. He will be in the USA on Interpretation Assignment until June 2007.

Rev Matiya Nkhoma: Rev. Nkhoma is the General Secretary of the Synod of Livingstonia, CCAP.

Rev. Mark Plumb: Mark is the Associate Pastor at Lebanon Presbyterian Church, West Mifflin, PA.  He has been co-chair of the Pittsburgh Presbytery partnership with the Blantyre Synod and co-chair of the Pittsburgh Presbytery Malawi Partnership Advocacy Committee.  He is a co-convener for the Malawi Mission Network.

Lin Plumb: Lin has been co-chair of the Pittsburgh Presbytery Sending Team (responsible for preparing teams to go to Malawi).

Rev. Dennis Ritchie: Dennis is a solo pastor in Claremore, OK and moderator of the Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery Malawi Partnership Sub-Committee.   He has been to Malawi twice and spent one day as a driver in the bush for Marion Medical Mission.

Doug Welch: Doug is the Area Coordinator for Africa at PCUSA.

Phyllis Wezeman: Phyllis is the Director of Christian Nurture at First Presbyterian Church, South Bend, IN. She is a co-convener for the Malawi Mission Network.
